We acquire and grow established businesses across manufacturing, distribution, and specialist services — and we are sector agnostic by design. We are not a traditional fund. We don't trade businesses, strip them, or sell them on. We are a generational business — financially stable, debt-free, and built to last. Profit is the fuel for our future, reinvested back into the businesses we own.

When we founded GCH in 2010, the original seed was always the same: a long-term family business, financially stable, with no exit strategy, that reinvests in the businesses it owns. That vision has never changed — what has changed is our ability to execute it with greater clarity, greater scale, and greater confidence than ever before.

Sixteen years and twelve acquisitions later, not one of those businesses has lost its name. Not one has been sold on, stripped, or closed. Every company we have acquired is still trading, still investing, and still growing. That is not a policy. It is just how we think.
